The inadequacies and inconsistencies in the Environmental policies in the context of waste management at each national and nearby levels call for a comprehensive national policy to guide and streamline waste management in Uganda. Secondary data will be collected from the already current documents about waste management at the Town Council.

It specifies the study strategy, sampling procedures, investigation instruments and information evaluation techniques that will be employed to explore the underlying causes of poor waste management and seek the neighborhood people's opinions on how the problem would be handled. A descriptive analysis intends to present details concerning the nature and the status of the predicament, as it exists at a time of the study and to describe the present circumstances, events or systems primarily based on impressions or reactions of the respondents of the research.
